Early Birds Breakfast Club
Monday to Friday 8am-9am. Children must be dropped off by 8:45am if they wish to eat breakfast.
Open to all children attending school and only £3.00 per day for the first child.
Emergency/unplanned childcare (including breakfast) can also be arranged for parents who need to bring their child to school between 8-8:45am. This will be chargeable at £4.00 per session. Please book this via the School Gateway app. You do not need to let the office know as your child's name will appear on the register once booked.
Night Owls After School Childcare Club
Monday to Friday from 3:20-6pm.
Open to all children attending school and charged at £10.00 per day. Snacks/food are included in the price.
Emergency after school childcare will also be offered to any parent of a child in the school and will be chargeable at £15.00 per session. Same day childcare is available if required. Please book this via the School Gateway app. You do not need to let the office know as your child's name will appear on the register once booked.
How to Enrol in Early Birds / Night Owls
To enrol your child for Breakfast Club or Night Owls Childcare, you will need to download the School Gateway app on your phone and book any sessions needed. If you use childcare vouchers to pay, please email Elijah@olga.towerhamlets.sch.uk to let her know before you book the sessions on the School Gateway app as the system will request immediate payment.
Note – If your child is new to Olga and starting in Nursery or Reception, they will not be able to start attending our childcare provision until they are settled and staying for the full school day.
After School Activity Clubs (Years 1-6 only)
The school runs after school activity clubs on most days from 3:30-4:30pm. Clubs rotate on a termly basis and are specific to year groups. Parents will be notified at the before the start of each new term which clubs will be on offer. You will need to register interest using the google forms sent out. If your child is allocated a space in a club, bookings/payments will need to be made via the School Gateway app.
Note – Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers are accepted for all provisions.
